Wounds Australia Platinum partner Mölnlycke is thrilled to support the newly launched Australian government's Chronic Wound Consumables Scheme (CWCS). "We welcome the Federal Government's launch of the Chronic Wound Consumables Scheme — an initiative that will make a real difference to thousands of Australians living with chronic wounds," said Annika Pollnow, Mölnlycke General Manager Australia/New Zealand. The CWCS will provide fully funded access to essential wound care products for eligible patients who have diabetes and a chronic wound, and who are 65 and over, or 50 and over for First Nations people. "At Mölnlycke, we've long championed smarter, simpler wound care solutions, and we're proud to be part of this important step forward for access in healthcare." "Having our trusted quality products available through this scheme is another way that we are supporting clinicians and bringing our mission to life – freeing patients, caregivers and healthcare systems from the burdens of wounds," Annika said.
