The Chronic Wound Consumables Scheme (CWCS) launches soon and a Fact Pack from our friends at Coloplast is designed to help busy clinicians get ready.

We're delighted to share that our valued Gold Partner Coloplast has produced a handy Fact Pack designed to help you prepare for the CWCS. Best of all, it's completely free!

Helping Australians living with wounds

Research shows that people living with chronic wounds pay on average $340 a week in out-of-pocket costs. The Federal Government is investing $48 million through the CWCS to help eligible people living with diabetes and wounds with the cost of their wound care products. The scheme is set to launch in mid-2025 and essential training for health professionals keen to access its benefits on behalf of their patients has already begun.

If you are a clinician, this means you will soon be able to access advanced, high-quality consumables for treating chronic wounds in the community at no cost to your practice or patient.
