We're delighted to share that Wounds Australia has been awarded Information Partner status by the Australian Government's healthdirect service. This is yet further recognition of our peak body status, and of the valuable contribution we and our members make to improving wound care knowledge in this country. 

We will be sharing more details in future Gauzettes about the exciting opportunities for Wounds Australia members this partnership represents.

Advisory group EOIs close soon
Two groups - for clinicians and consumers - are being established to help guide the progress of the multi-year wound awareness campaign funded under the Chronic Wound Consumables Scheme.

If you have experience of living with, or caring for someone with, chronic wounds, or professional wound care expertise, we'd love to hear from you. EOIs have been extended until Friday 14 August.  
Memorial Scholarship applications open
The biennial Wounds Australia Memorial Scholarship of up to $2000 AUD supports members to attend professional learning. Applications are now open and close on 2 September 2024. Find out more on our Scholarships page, also accessible via the Member's Area of our website: www.woundsaustralia.org
